We are looking for a place to live and not having a lot of luck (why doesn't ANYONE like to rent to people with PETS??)

Hubby and I are moving to Fairbanks and looking to rent a place as of August with our two cats. We are coming from Florida and would like to have a place to move into when we arrive. We are both computer professionals that enjoy peace and quiet, and our kitties are quite well behaved as well.

Prefer non-furnished rental as we have belongings we are bringing with us. Prefer to be on the UAF bus line (but not absolutely necessary since we both have vehicles), and in quiet neighborhood (not in student housing).

Would like 2-3 bedrooms, with 1.5 or more bathrooms. Must have running water (no dry cabins). Seeking 9 month to 1 year lease.

Rent should be no more than $1,400 with heat included, or in the $1,000 range without heat.
